Hector angrily shared his experience, "I used DHL for documents delivery to Mexico and not only they failed to deliver, but the customer service was very unprofessional when I called them. They told me that the delivery address didn't exist or I wrote it wrong. I told them that some documents were deliver in the past to the same address with no issues whatsoever by FedEx and they told me it was my mistake and no theirs. I also told them that I was going to report them with BBB consumer affairs and they challenged me to do it since they're not affiliated. Never again DHL!"

Chauffeur bakwagen (Former Employee) says"Mijn toenmalige werkgever kreeg de gelegenheid vanaf 1 april een nieuwe samenwerking aan te gaan met DHL/Whirpool. Ik zelf was werkzaam als chauffeur en verzorgde de leveringen & retouren in Midden Zuid Nederland en België voor elektronica winkels en witgoedhandelaren. In het begin waren er grote aanloopproblemen vanwege mismanagement met als gevolg zeer lange wachttijden aanvang dienst, met uitschieters van wel 5 uur! Dit heeft zekere enkele maanden geduurd. Toen die wachttijden pas na enkele maanden terug liepen en deze redelijk onder controle hadden ging men focussen op de chauffeur performance. Over het algemeen waren de routes erg strak ingepland en lostijden waren vaak niet haalbaar, tevens werd er geen rekening gehouden met de eventuele dagelijkse files. Dit probleem heb ik meerdere keren neergelegd bij zowel mijn eigen baas als bij DHL Tiel. Toch lukte het me in de meeste gevallen om de routes uit te rijden mits er geen bijzonderheden waren. Routes die ik niet kon voltooien of te laat bij de klant kon ik altijd verantwoorden via de dagstaten (vertragingen zoals files, wachttijden wegomleidingen etc.). Toch kreeg ik te horen dat het niet goed genoeg was. Het werktempo moest omhoog. Helaas staat men niet open voor een fatsoenlijk gesprek voor enige opheldering. Ik heb me altijd volledig ingezet en toch kreeg ik na verloop van tijd een 2e melding dat het onder de maat was. Helaas resulteerde dat op een beëindiging van het dienstverband (0 uren contract). They are not a safe company. they cover up accidents all the time. they never report them to keep safety days up. Trucks would pull off with lifts still in them. Training is way below standards. They put people on lifts when they were not ready. Work here at your own risk. Parcel Delivery Driver (Former Employee) says"I worked as a delivery driver here for 7 months. Not only did I spend my entire days and sometimes nights doing my own job, we were expected to pick up slack of other drivers... which would be fine if they were paying me more than $13.00 an hour with no benefits, while other drivers got pay raises. The management was horrible. It’s a bad work environment altogether. If you’re sick and have to take a day off? That’s too bad. You either come in or they threaten to let you go from the job you work your butt off in. They complain about not having enough drivers, but the management is too lazy and cheap to hire more people when they really need it. As a PT employee for 2 1/2 years the upper management, HR person and GM and 4 Supervisors were never there in office and left me as the primary contact for everyone and when review time came, I received a lot less than expected and promised because we had a new GM that started between my first review and was told that its just the way they do things there. I literally met the GM for about 15 minutes that's it. This company does not care about PT or FT Warehouse workers. It's all about the money, not safety, no Supervisor's on my shift at all or anyone for that matter. I would never recommend DHL eCommerce in the Boston location at DHL eCommerce, 1 Sassacus Drive, Westborough, MA 01581 and DO NOT TRUST THE Human Resources person there - she will throw you under the bus if it helps her get ahead with the company and hires pretty much Spanish speaking person because she is Spanish and they will bow down or up to her.Close to homeUpper management that work in the BOS location"

Forklift Operator (Former Employee) says"Management doesn’t care about you they only care about making rates, to me it’s not worth it they give you a 90 day trial and if you don’t exceed their rates then they terminate your employment and they can do that before your trial date is up. Management can care less about certain employees unless rate is made. They play favorites and it’s not right. My advice is if a person works hard they should be kept even if rate isn’t made. This is not the place for everyone because they can let you go when you least expect it, be careful!!! It was like a slave trade. Even though there were issues brought to HR. They did nothing about it as I recall I was told boys will be boys. The outbound manager had his whole picking team scared to even go to the bathroom. I will never forget that. Also he would write you up for anything. We had a no phone policy yet this manager was allowed to talk to his kids at his desk and show pictures. The inbound manager would literally say that he doesn't care about what happens to no one there or the company. This company was like nothing I would ever want my worst enemy to experience. Delivery Route Driver (Former Employee) says"You'll actually work for L2 Transportation, a subcontractor for DHL. Work here if you want to work from noon until 7 or 8 p.m. daily. Start times vary daily. You'll work weekends and holidays. Christmas rush is awful, you'll get Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day off and that's about it. They push you and push you to deliver more packages in less time. Good drivers have quit because they couldn't take the stress. The management is awful and policies and procedures change daily. And you won't always get paid on time.Can't think of any.Hot warehouse, no time for lunch, constant pressure to deliver more, more, more with less time. Schedule is hard on families. Little time off."

But the employees are basically children acting like children and the supervisor not only condone this but encourage it since being a manager controlling children is easier than controlling adults....."
